- Professional advisers such as legal and accounting advisers, where needed.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose data by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Community content
Anything you post to the community feed is visible to other signed-in members of that feed. Please do not post information you would not want others to read.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep your account and recovery data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data, except where we must keep records (for example transaction and tax records) for legally required periods.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA, you can also complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us through the app.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security so that your entries are only accessible to your account.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but essential ones are needed for sign-in to work.
