30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Sober Start+. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

Sober Start+ starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you are charged after the trial, the 30-day guarantee above still applies to that charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact our support through the app and we will help you arrange it with Paddle.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, or through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to Sober Start+ until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the money to appear.
